Ozflame adds ambience and style at less than half the price

Jay Johnson’s Pelorus International Group Relaunches

Well known ICT sales effectiveness consultant, Jay Johnson, has relaunched Pelorus International after returning from the US where he created and managed his own sales consultancy in Denver.

Johnson operated successful sales performance improvement company, Pelorus International, in Australia from 1994 to 2005. It was engaged by clients such as Cisco, Oracle, Nortel, EMC, Ericsson, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Optus and Dimension Data and other leading ICT companies.

David Thompson Appointed CEO of Protegic

Leading Australian ICT project management specialist, Protegic, has appointed David Thompson as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Thompson joined Protegic earlier this year as general manager sales and marketing. Prior to this he was vice president Asia Pacific for software vendor AXS-One, part of Unify Corp.

Announcing the appointment, chairman of the Protegic Advisory Board, Neil Gamble, said this is one of the first steps in the company's next growth phase.

Major Project for Health Super Completed by Protegic

One of Australia’s top superannuation funds, Health Super Pty Ltd, has just completed one of its largest technology project in recent years.

As the industry fund for Australia’s health and community services sector, Health Super has assets of more than $8 billion and is ranked among the top 15 per cent of super funds by SuperRatings.

Project management specialist, Protegic, was appointed to manage this 18-month business solution initiative. This included requirements definition, which commenced in July 2008, request for proposal, vendor selection, contract negotiation, planning, mobilisation, full implementation, testing and training.
